However, the world of Web3, DeFi, and Cryptocurrency involves significant risk. To protect our community and ensure we build on a foundation of trust, we must be clear about what we are and what we are not.

1. No Financial Advice (NFA)

Nothing shared on our YouTube, Telegram, Substack, or other social media channels should be considered financial or investment advice.

• We are Educators: We share what we are doing, what we are understanding and how we view that topic from our perspective.

• You are the Decision Maker: Any investment decision you make is 100% your responsibility. Never buy a token, invest in token sale or use a protocol just because we talked about it.

2. Do Your Own Research (DYOR)

“Don’t Trust, Verify.” This is the golden rule of Web3.

While we strive for accuracy in our data, news and guides, protocols change, and smart contracts can have bugs or can get hacked.

• Always double check official links.

• Always understand the risks before depositing funds.

• Always conduct a due diligence before buy, invest in any projects.

• Verify information from multiple sources.

3. Risk Warning

Cryptocurrency is highly volatile.

• Airdrops: Farming airdrops often requires spending money on “Gas Fees”, “Protocol Fee” or “Others expenses” depend on projects nature with no guarantee of a reward.

• DeFi: Yield farming protocols can get hacked (smart contract risk).

• Trading/Investing: You can lose some or all of your capital.

Never invest money you cannot afford to lose.

4. Transparency & Sponsorships

We are committed to honesty.

• If we hold a token we are discussing, we will aim to disclose it.

• If a video, event, or post is sponsored by a partner (like a CEX or Project), we will clearly label it as “Sponsored” or “Partner.”

• We do not promote projects we do not believe in, even if they offer to pay us.

• តែងតែត្រួតពិនិត្យតំណភ្ជាប់ផ្លូវការ (Official Links) ឱ្យបានច្បាស់លាស់។

• តែងតែស្វែងយល់ពីហានិភ័យមុននឹងដាក់ប្រាក់ (Deposit)។

• តែងតែធ្វើការសិក្សា និងវិភាគ (Due Diligence) មុននឹងទិញ ឬវិនិយោគក្នុងគម្រោងណាមួយ។

• ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ព័ត៌មានពីប្រភពជាច្រើន។

រូបិយប័ណ្ណគ្រីបតូ (Cryptocurrency) រឺ ការប្រើប្រាស់ Web3 មានភាពប្រែប្រួលខ្លាំង និង ហានិភ័យខ្ពស់។

• Airdrops: ការធ្វើ Airdrop Farming ជាញឹកញាប់តម្រូវឱ្យចំណាយលុយលើ “ថ្លៃសេវាហ្គាស (Gas Fees)”, “ថ្លៃសេវាប្រូតូខូល (Protocol Fee)” ឬ “ការចំណាយផ្សេងៗ” អាស្រ័យលើប្រភេទគម្រោង ដោយមិនមានការធានាថានឹងទទួលបាន លទ្ធផលវិជ្ជមាន ត្រលប់មកវិញឡើយ។

• DeFi: Web3 projects អាចត្រូវបានគេលួចចូល (Hacked) ដែលជាហានិភ័យនៃ Smart Contract។

• ការជួញដូរ/វិនិយោគ៖ អ្នកអាចបាត់បង់ដើមទុនមួយផ្នែក ឬទាំងអស់។

• កុំវិនិយោគលុយដែលអ្នកមិនអាចទទួលយកការបាត់បង់បាន។

4. តម្លាភាព និង ការឧបត្ថម្ភ

យើងប្តេជ្ញាចំពោះភាពស្មោះត្រង់។

• ប្រសិនបើយើងកាន់កាប់កាក់ដែលយើងកំពុងពិភាក្សា យើងនឹងព្យាយាមប្រកាសប្រាប់ឱ្យបានដឹង។

• ប្រសិនបើវីដេអូ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ ឬការបង្ហោះត្រូវបានឧបត្ថម្ភដោយដៃគូ (ដូចជា CEX ឬគម្រោងណាមួយ) យើងនឹងបញ្ជាក់ឱ្យច្បាស់ថា “Sponsored” ឬ “Partner”។
